Order Processing

Here at Cowpoke Country, we don’t like to keep our folks waitin’. Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. Once your order hits the trail, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days, depending on where you hang your hat, or you've chosen next day delivery at checkout

Shipping Schedule

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays — even cowpokes need a day off now and then.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order saddles up and heads your way, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with all your tracking details, so you can follow your package every step of the ride.

Possible Delays

We always aim to deliver on time, but sometimes life throws a tumbleweed our way — things like high order volumes, courier hiccups, or unforeseen weather can cause delays. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding when that happens.

Pre-Orders

By layin’ down a pre-order, you’re staking your claim on an item before it officially rides into town, makin’ sure you’ll be one of the first folks to get your hands on it. Below you’ll find the key details of our pre-order policy:

Availability & Release Dates

Pre-ordered goods ain’t quite on the ranch yet, and their release dates might shift like desert sand. If anything changes with the expected ship-out or delivery date, we’ll holler at you by email.
Release dates are our best estimates and may mosey around dependin’ on production or manufacturer delays. Rest assured, we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the trail.

Payment

Full payment is due upfront when you place your pre-order to make sure your item is good and reserved.
If any delays or hiccups come up, we’ll offer you options for a refund or an updated delivery timeline.

Cancellations & Modifications

You can cancel or change your pre-order within 30 days of placin’ it. After that window, cancellations might come with a restocking fee or other conditions.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your pre-order item is ready to roll, we’ll ship it out quick as a jackrabbit, with pre-orders takin’ priority.
Shipping times are based on the expected release date—though sometimes the trail gets muddy, so a little extra time may be needed if unexpected delays occur.

Returns & Exchanges

Pre-order items follow the same return and exchange rules as our regular goods—unless we say otherwise. If your item rides in damaged or faulty, we’ll gladly fix you up with a replacement or refund.
