Refund policy

At Cowpoke Country, we want y’all to love your gear as much as we do. But if something doesn’t fit right or just isn’t your style, we’ve got a 14-day return window from the day your package lands at your doorstep to request a return.

How Returns Work

To be eligible for a return, your item’s gotta be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, tags still hangin’, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

If your return’s approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with step-by-step directions on where to send your package.

Please don’t send items back without first reaching out — those packages will be turned away at the ranch gate.

We do our best to wrangle your orders with care, but if your item shows up damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away. We’ll take a look and make things right, quick as a jackrabbit.

We don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards — those are final, partner.

Once your return rides back to us and passes inspection, we’ll send word to let you know if it’s approved. If all’s good, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Keep in mind, sometimes banks and credit card folks take a bit longer to process things on their end.
